# Italian expertise on the move

Our long-standing partner Triacca Trasporti from La Spezia (Liguria) is taking heavy transport to the next level with new SPMT power from Cometto.

The first projects are already done – two impressive **transformer** moves, the blue one weighing 300 tons and the green one 157 tons, both realized in side-by-side mode.

Equipped with **20 new [MSPE axle lines](/products/modular-systems/spmt-self-propelled-modular-transporter/)** – two 4-axle units and two 6-axle units – plus three [Power Pack Units](/technology/high-performance-power-pack-unit/), Triacca is now perfectly prepared to master a wide variety of heavy haul challenges.

Founded in 1974, **Triacca** stands as a strong national and international player in terminal handling, heavy load transport, lifting operations and industrial packaging.
