This project includes the transport of a transformer on a 10-axle 4-file combination of its self-propelled SPMT fleet by Cometto.
The task was the transport from transhipment plane to Terna power plant with the help of this self-propelled unit before positioning the item on a permanent stall.
SIMI was established in 1975. Business activities initially focused mainly on large public works, but these were gradually integrated with significant participation in oversize loads.
Over the last decade SIMI has set its sights to an increasing extent on foreign markets, acquiring “Door/Door” projects in Europe, Africa and the Middle East.
