The company TGO (Terminal du Grand Ouest) manages all the calls of container vessels in the French Port of Nantes-Saint-Nazaire.
For heavy-weight cargo moves, the experts receives a 6-axle ModulMAX SP-E self-propelled vehicle with a 186 kW Power Pack Unit.
The twin tyre modules are provided with an electronic steering system offering a steering angle up to +/- 140° with a low running height.
The functioning is based on a compact remote control what makes it intuitive and user-friendly. The ModulMAX enables the TGO users to work with the electronically steered self-propelled transporter even in tightest areas of the port.
A cabin protects the operator against all kind of outside conditions.
The project has been handled by our French partner SNM Heavy Handling.
