This combination will be dedicated to the unloading and transportation of offshore wind power generation equipment.

Mokpo New Port Terminal (MNPT) is a base port in the southwestern region in South Korea and the first private port and multi-purpose pier.

This area will be the new working field for 18 axle lines of Cometto SPMT with a 331 kW Power Pack Unit.

This powerful tool with a payload capacity of approx. 1,000 tons will be dedicated to the unloading and transportation of offshore wind power generation equipment such as wind turbines, blades and towers.

The Cometto MSPE self-propelled vehicles will play a pivotal role in the South Korean port that will serve as a base camp dedicated to offshore wind power.

MNPT is a large pier that can accommodate three 30,000-ton ships simultaneously, and has unloading equipment and manpower capable of handling 5 million tons of general cargo and 360,000 TEU of containers annually.

MNPT provides land/sea transportation services through infrastructure adjacent to surrounding industrial complexes and provides customized services in cooperation with the central and local governments.
