KCTC, a major pioneer in the field of logistics in Korea is now ready to expand its super heavy cargo transportation business in earnest with the new upgraded model of Cometto MSPE EVO3 SPMTs.
Not only for their conventional services for transportation of various cargoes like ships, plant facilities, etc., the new Cometto MSPE EVO3 vehicles will be used for offshore wind power generation facilities like floating type or fixed type of offshore jackets in response to the trend towards eco-friendly renewable energy and this will solidify KCTC’s position in the logistics industry in Korea and also accelerate its expansion into new and growing transportation sectors.
Generally, offshore jackets are approx. 70 ~ 90 meters in height and those weigh over 1,500 ~ 1,700 tons and the new Cometto MSPE EVO3 SPMTs will definitely help boost KCTC’s business with the significantly increased fleet capability.
