Modular Systems Eco500

The Cometto Eco500 is a compact self-propelled modular vehicle designed for heavy-duty transport applications, capable of handling up to 500 tons.

With its integrated Power Pack Unit and advanced electronic steering, the Eco500 embodies a forward-thinking modular design that ensures effortless connectivity and operation.

The simple “connect and drive” concept enables efficient deployment and maximum ease of use.

The Eco500 offers unparalleled flexibility in the market. Available with 2 or 4 axle lines and up to two additional joker axles, these compact vehicles can be combined to meet specific transport requirements.

Thanks to its compact width of just 2.35 metres, the Eco500 can be easily shipped on a flat rack container.

With the option to combine up to four different powered units, interchangeable components and a wide range of accessories, the Eco500 delivers the versatility and adaptability required for a broad spectrum of heavy transport challenges.

Modular Systems - Features

The robust chassis of the Eco500 ensures safe and reliable load distribution across the entire loading area. Engineered for demanding transport operations, it combines strength, flexibility and durability in a compact design.

The platform is covered with electro-welded steel plates for enhanced resistance and long service life.

For easy inspection and maintenance, removable covers are bolted above each suspension and the Power Pack Unit. Lashing points are located on the sides, while integrated coupling interfaces on all sides allow seamless integration with additional vehicles and accessories.
